A. Oakland Cemetery: A replat of Oakland Cemetery bearing the legend, "Official Plat Of Oakland Cemetery", prepared by the Public Works Department of the City, and officially adopted by the City Council by resolution 78-R-31, on June 5, 1978, and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Jackson County, shall remain the lawful plat of Oakland Cemetery, and shall not be changed except by resolution of the City Council.
B. Woodlawn Cemetery: A plat of Woodlawn Cemetery bearing the legend "Plat Of Carbondale Cemetery, Outlot 33" prepared by C. Barrow, County Surveyor, and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Jackson County on September 16, 1856, shall remain the lawful plat of Woodlawn Cemetery. (Ord. 2018-35)
