5-13-11: VIOLATION:
Any person, corporation or entity, who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each consecutive day that it continues. (Ord. 2015-17)
