5-13-10: COLLECTION OF COSTS:
Collection of towing charges from the owner or operator of a towed vehicle, pursuant to this chapter, shall be the sole responsibility of the tow truck operator or his representative. The city and the police department will not be responsible for nor assist in the collection of such fees, costs or charges. (Ord. 2015-17)
