A. Right Of Entry: The Building and Neighborhood Services Division, Carbondale Fire Department and the Carbondale Police Department shall have the authority to enter upon any premises upon which an adult use is located in order to enforce the ordinances of the City, laws of the State and any State or Federal laws pertaining to the health, safety or welfare of the public to determine whether any such laws are being violated, and to examine the operations and facilities used upon the premises.
B. Violation: A person who operates or controls an adult use or his agent or employee violates this Chapter if he refuses to permit such lawful inspection of the premises. (Ord. 98-41)
