5-12-15: HEALTH AND SAFETY LAWS:
All premises, structures and/or facilities in which an adult use is located shall be in compliance at all times with the City Building, Fire, and Zoning Ordinances, and all State and Federal laws pertaining to health, sanitation and public safety. (Ord. 98-41)
