5-12-13: RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGER, OWNER AND/OR REGISTERED PARTY:
Every act or omission constituting a violation of any provision of this Chapter, or this City Code, by any patron, member employee, entertainer, or representative of the adult use facility or business shall be deemed to be the act(s) or omission(s) of the owner, employer, manager and/or agent of the adult use establishment and shall be punishable under the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 98-41)
