5-12-7: EXTERIOR DISPLAY:
No owner or person in control of an adult use shall permit or allow the observation of any message or material depicting, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" by display, decoration, sign, show window or other opening visible from the outside of the premises upon which the adult use is located or from any public way. (Ord. 98-41)
