5-12-6: MEASUREMENT OF DISTANCES:
For the purpose of this chapter, measurements shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures or objects, from the property line of the premises upon which the adult use is located to the nearest property line of the areas stated in subsection 5-12-4A of this chapter. (Ord. 98-41)
