5-2-5: POSTING OBSCENE MATTER PROHIBITED:
No person, agency or organization shall post or cause to be posted, within this City, so the same can be seen from the streets, alleys or other public places of the City, any advertisement containing pictures or illustrations of an obscene or immoral character, or the promotion or suggestion of illegal activity. (Ord. 98-41)
