4-14-5: PROCEDURE AT HEARINGS:
The board shall adopt procedures for hearings held pursuant to this chapter. Said procedures may be amended from time to time as the board determines. The appellant shall receive a copy of the procedures with the notification of the hearing date. (Ord. 2003-38; Ord. 2020-51)
