4-2-3: PENALTY:

Whoever violates any of the provisions of the Illinois state plumbing code, adopted by this chapter, or any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction therefor, be punished by a fine not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day any violations of any provision of such plumbing code or the provisions of this chapter shall continue, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1424 § 3; Ord. 97-166)
