A. Permit Required; Fee: No work shall be done on the plumbing, private sewer or sewer drainage of any building until the application and plans for such work shall have been approved by the building and neighborhood services manager or his authorized representative, and a permit for such work issued by the city. The minimum fee for such plumbing permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00). The total fee shall be computed on the following basis:

B. Work Begun Without Authorization: Provided, however, that the minimum fee for such plumbing permit shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) and the total fee for plumbing permits otherwise specified in this section and issued for work begun without authorization of such permits shall be twice the amount otherwise specified in this section.
C. Reinspection Charge: Whenever more than two (2) trips shall be required by the plumbing inspector for the purpose of making the tests required by this chapter on defective material, the person obtaining the said permit shall pay to the city, in addition to the fees set forth, the sum of forty six dollars ($46.00) for each trip in excess of two (2) trips.
D. Minor Changes; Fee: Whenever any changes in soil, waste or ventilation pipe are made and no changes are made in location or number of fixtures, the person obtaining the permit hereinabove mentioned shall pay to the city, in lieu of fees above mentioned, the minimum fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
