Any person, firm, or corporation which is found to have violated any provision of the international building code, 2003 edition, or as it may be amended in the future, or any part of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not greater than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that any violation of any provision of the international building code or any provision of this chapter shall occur, continue, or be permitted shall constitute a separate offense.
