4-16-10: REMOVAL FROM REGISTRATION: 
An owner shall be required to notify the Building and Neighborhood Services Division in writing, within twenty (20) days of occupying a building that is registered as vacant, and register residential property as a rental property prior to renting. (Ord. 2022-33)
