4-16-5: OWNER TO MAINTAIN ALARM AND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS:
Whenever, pursuant to this Code, an owner is required to maintain an alarm and/or sprinkler system, the owner shall continue to be required to maintain said alarm and/or sprinkler system during all times that a building is vacant. This shall include any and all necessary systems and equipment to keep said alarm and/or sprinkler operable, including, but not limited to, source(s) of water, heat and/or electricity. (Ord. 2022-33)
