4-1-4: MOBILE HOMES:
No mobile home shall be constructed, moved, or placed upon any lot, tract or parcel of land where the location of same is herein authorized, except within a licensed mobile home park, until and unless a building permit has been obtained therefor as provided in Section 4-1-2 of this Chapter. (1998 Code)
