A. School Grounds; Recreational Areas: No person shall permit his dog on any school ground when school is in session or on any public recreation area when an organized activity is being conducted, unless the dog is controlled by a leash or similar device. Any dog not so controlled shall be deemed to be running at large.
B. Cemeteries: No person shall permit his dog to be present upon the grounds of any cemetery within the city limits. Any dog found upon the grounds of any cemetery shall be deemed to be running at large and impounded accordingly. (Ord. 2006-64)
