2-5-8: GAMBLING:
No licensee under this title, or any manager, agent, or employee of such licensee, shall allow "gambling", as defined in section 14-4-3 of this code, upon any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquors; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to any activity authorized by and regulated under the laws of the state or by this title. (Ord. 2021-22)
