No licensee shall suffer or permit, upon any premises described in the license, any door, window, aperture to remain open, or any other means of ingress or egress to any room, cellar, basement, structure, building, or other premises, where there is conducted at any time any business or activity prohibited by the ordinances of the City or the law of the state of Illinois, including, but not limited to, games of chance, gambling, brothels, or houses of ill fame.
