2-4-11: RELOCATION OF BUSINESS:
If a license holder seeks to relocate a licensed establishment, the proposed location must comply with all rules, regulations, City ordinances and state statutes. Approval of the location transfer by the Local Liquor Control Commission must occur prior to the relocation. (Ord. 2021-22)
