2-4-9: TERM AND EXPIRATION OF LICENSE:
   A.   Maximum Term: All annual licenses shall be issued for a term not to exceed one year.
   B.   Expiration Date: All annual licenses shall expire on December 31 following the effective date of such license, unless otherwise stated. (Ord. 2021-22)
