19-1-5: LENGTH OF FRANCHISE:
Any franchise awarded by the City by an agreement in accordance herewith shall be a nonexclusive franchise for the use of the streets, public ways or public places within the City for a specified term of years for the erection, construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, dismantling, testing and use of a cable communications system. (Ord. 90-85)
