A. Any person may settle any claim the City may have against a person for a violation of this chapter by making payment in accordance with the following schedule to the finance department:

B. Any micromobility shared service provider found in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each and every day that a violation continues. (Ord. 2021-14)
