18-14-13: REGULATING TRAFFIC ON MULTI-USE PATHS:
   A.   Obedience To Traffic Control Devices: All persons traveling upon and along the dranways/greenways path shall obey all traffic control devices.
   B.   Yield Right Of Way: All persons propelling a bicycle along and upon a multi-use path shall yield right of way to all pedestrians and persons in wheelchairs at all intersections and at all points along the bike path where said persons are present.
   C.   Keep To Right: All persons propelling a bicycle along and upon a multi-use path shall travel only upon the right half of said path except when overtaking and passing slower traffic, and in such cases said person shall use the left half or left lane of the described bike path exclusively, and shall give an audible signal of their intent to pass to the slower moving party a reasonable length of time prior to overtaking and passing the slower moving party.
   D.   General Traffic Regulations Apply: All other traffic regulations and laws of the city shall apply to the use or operation of approved vehicles, and along multi-use paths, except as set forth herein. (Ord. 2015-29; Ord. 2021-14)
