18-14-12: MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON MULTI-USE PATH:
   A.   Generally: All "motor vehicles", "motorcycles", and "motorized pedalcycles", as defined by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-101 et seq., shall be prohibited from traveling upon and along multi-use paths, except as hereinafter provided.
   B.   Exception: Authorized vehicles shall be permitted to operate upon and along multi-use paths in order to perform routine maintenance, utility or emergency services. (Ord. 2015-29; Ord. 2021-14)
