18-14-11: MULTI-USE PATH DESIGNATION:
   A.   Area Established: There is hereby established within the city a multi-use path as indicated by official signs or markings designating the said path, which shall be designated in accordance with the bike network map.
   B.   Path Not Considered Sidewalk: No portion of the multi-use path shall be considered a sidewalk under this code, but shall instead be considered a path for use exclusively by pedestrians, bicyclists, micromobility vehicles and persons in wheelchairs. (Ord. 2015-29; Ord. 2021-14)
