A. Map On File: There is established within the city, an official bikeway network, as indicated by official signs or markings designating the same. Said bikeway network shall be designated in accordance with the bikeway network map which shall be kept on file in the Development Services office.
B. Exclusive Bike Areas Designated: Where official signs or markings designate a particular area for the operation of bicycles, no person shall operate a vehicle or use the area so designated except when operating a bicycle or when otherwise required by law.
C. Bikeways Not Sidewalks: Any portion of any sidewalk designated by official signs or markings as part of the bikeway network shall not be considered a sidewalk for the purposes of section 18-14-28 of this chapter. (Ord. 2015-29; Ord. 2021-14)
