18-14-4: UNSAFE OPERATION:
No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, scooter, micromobility vehicle, toy vehicle, or any other vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway. (Ord. 2015-29; Ord. 2021-14)
