17-3-10: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined in an amount of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day such violation is committed or allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 97-166; 1998 Code)
