17-3-2: ABANDONMENT OF VEHICLES:
No person shall abandon any vehicle within the City limits. No person shall leave any vehicle at any place within the City limits in such a manner as to cause a reasonable person to believe that the vehicle has been abandoned. (1998 Code)
