17-2-7: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this Chapter or who fails to comply with its requirements, shall be fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 81-96; Ord. 97-166; 1998 Code)
