17-1-10: HARMFUL MATERIALS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY:
No person shall throw or deposit any glass, bottles, crockery or earthenware, tacks, nails and tin cans in or upon any sidewalk, alley or other public place within the city. (1929 Code § 25-72)
