17-1-6: OBSTRUCTIONS RESULTING FROM LOADING OR UNLOADING:
No person shall obstruct or encumber any street, alley or sidewalk, or any portion thereof, with merchandise or other property for a longer time than may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of loading or unloading any such merchandise or property, or removing the same therefrom. (1929 Code § 25-51)
