16-10-3: DRILLING, OPERATING OF OIL OR GAS WELLS OR ASSOCIATED HYDROCARBONS PROHIBITED:
In said areas described and depicted in this Chapter, drilling or operating of oil and gas wells or associated hydrocarbons, liquid and/or gaseous, carbohydrons of any kind whatever in and under the land is unlawful. (Ord. 98-42)
