16-2-17: USER SUBSCRIPTION TO WATER OR SEWER ONLY:
When a person requests service of either water only or sewer only, the following procedure shall be followed:
   A.   Water Only: The user will be billed for water only providing he demonstrates to the satisfaction of the department that none of the water passing through the meter in question is going into the sanitary sewer system and that all wastewater is being properly treated in accordance with acceptable sanitary standards as specified by the city, county and state.
   B.   Sewer Only: The user will be billed for sewer only based on his water consumption from whatever source it may be provided. (Ord. 98-42)
