16-2-7: USER OF CITY SANITARY SEWER NOT SUPPLIED BY CITY WATER SYSTEM:
When a user of the sanitary sewer system is supplied water from a source other than the city water system, the user shall furnish access to a water meter which measures water supplied and, in such instances, the city reserves the right to assure itself at the user's expense of the accuracy of the meter. (Ord. 98-42)
