16-2-4: DEPTH REQUIRED FOR BUILDING DRAIN:
It shall be unlawful for any person to excavate, lay and construct any building sewer from the residence property line to the sewer main at a depth less than six feet (6') or as deep as grade will permit. (Ord. 98-42)
