16-2-2: MOLESTING, DESTROYING, REMOVING, AND THEFT OF SERVICES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally molest or destroy any portion of the municipal water or wastewater system of the city, including the property outside as well as inside the city. No person shall remove, destroy, carry away, or otherwise tamper with any item attached to the water or sewerage or drainage system of the city. (Ord. 98-42; 1998 Code)
