A. Penalty: Any person who violates any provision of this title shall be subject to a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
B. Liable To City: Any person who violates any provisions of this title may be liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage caused to the city by reason of such violation, notwithstanding the penalties provided hereinabove.
C. Falsifying Information: Any person who knowingly makes any false statements, representations or certification in any application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this title or wastewater discharge permit, or who falsifies, tampers with, or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this title, shall be subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
