15.8.3.6: FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
Any property proposed to be subdivided which is identified on the official zoning map as flood fringe or floodway as provided in sections 15.2.6 and 15.2.7 of this title shall be subject to the permit requirements of the flood fringe district or floodway district as is provided in sections 15.2.6 and 15.2.7 of this title, whichever is appropriate.
