15.5.1.2: ORGANIZATION:
The Carbondale Planning Commission may adopt and later change or alter its bylaws consistent with City ordinances and State laws. The Planning Commission shall keep written records of its proceedings which shall be open at all times to public inspection. The Planning Commission shall also file an annual report with the Mayor and City Council setting forth its transactions and recommendations, and such other reports as may be requested by the Mayor or Council.
