Each fire district, identified in this chapter, has entered into an intergovernmental agreement with the County pursuant to I.C. § 67-8204A for the purpose of agreeing to collect and expend development impact fees for the fire district's systems improvements in compliance with the Idaho development impact fee act and this chapter. Each fire district, identified in this chapter shall annually adopt a capital budget. (Ord. 20-018, 6-22-2020)
