02-09-23: ANNEXATION, DEANNEXATION, OR DISSOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT:

Pursuant to Idaho Code 31-3908(1)(f), the board of county commissioners of Canyon County shall, by resolution, establish procedures for annexation, deannexation, or dissolution of the district, which, such resolution may be amended, repealed or replaced by the board of county commissioners at their sole discretion.
