02-09-07: USE OF TAX LEVIED:

The tax levied pursuant to Idaho Code, section 31-3908(4) shall be used solely for the operations and needs of the district and shall not be used to pay for or reimburse other entities who decide to provide additional service beyond that provided by the district except as otherwise approved by the board.
