(1) The Gun Range Advisory Board shall have those powers and perform those duties assigned by the Board of County Commissioners.
(2) The Advisory Board shall make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners, through the special Advisory Board members, concerning improvements, rules, fees, fundraising, and all aspects of the maintenance, improvement, and operation of the George W.
