01-19-01: DESIGNATION AS ADVISORY BOARD AND PURPOSE:

The board shall be a body advisory to the board of county commissioners, and shall have as its purpose the provision of nonbinding advice to the fair director or board of county commissioners concerning the operation and administration of the fair and other uses of the fair's facilities and grounds.
