All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this article or inconsistent with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect. However, those portions of Canyon County zoning ordinance 05-002, as amended, which regulate livestock confinement operations shall remain in full force and effect for any livestock confinement operation that is not regulated by this article.
