07-17-11: FINAL PLAT APPLICATION:
   (1)   After approval or conditional approval of the preliminary plat, the developer may cause the subdivision, or part thereof, to be surveyed and a final plat prepared in accordance with the preliminary plat as approved.
   (2)   The developer shall file with DSD a copy of a completed final plat application and five (5) copies of the final plat with data as required in this section including, but not limited to, final irrigation plans, if irrigation water is available to the property, and a final drainage plan. The applicant must submit with the final plat application an engineered construction drawing of the private road design, including curbing and drainage.
