(1) Canyon County (the "county") does hereby create a public corporation to carry out the purposes of the act. This article shall not be construed to limit or restrict the purposes of the act 1 , but shall be liberally construed to effect such purposes.
(2) The name of the public corporation shall be the industrial development corporation of Canyon County (the "corporation"). (Ord. 83-005, 6-30-83, eff. 7-6-83)
