06-11-01: PURPOSE:

It shall be the declared policy of the board of county commissioners of the County of Canyon that fallout shelter be incorporated in all public buildings of the County of Canyon to the fullest extent practicable, in order to provide protection against radiation for the greatest number of people in the event of nuclear attack.
